How do people actually get in to this line off work as im interested

I find sleeping your way to the top works well.

Pretty sure they won't even consider you if you didn't go to a Russell Group university.

I volunteered first; made myself indispensable, then was offered a job. It helped that DH could cover bills whilst I wasn’t getting paid, but you could always get some bar work to cover costs in the interim.

My DH got so invested in his hobby (I won’t say what it is - it’s too outing but it it involves Lycra and 2 wheels) that I decided I needed something just for me and made some new friends at the school gates.
