Recommendations for family friendly B&Bs with parking in Edinburgh and Glasgow

Would love to go to Edinburgh and Glasgow with the dcs in the near future. Can anyone recommend a reasonable b&b with parking. Not too bothered if its on the outskirts and bus into the cities.
Would be 3 nights at each destination possibly 4 each.
Ideally I'd prefer an independent guesthouse or similar.

Must have breakfast inc and parking

I appreciate this isn’t what you asked OP but would you consider an air b and b for the entire stay? You could do somewhere in between with transport to both cities. They are only an hour from each other. That then saves packing and unpacking for a short distance. Driving into Edinburgh can and is torturous.

I'd get an air BnB in somewhere like Linlithgow. Easy train, pretty town with nice independent shops. Get breakfast out if you like a nice breakfast, it will be cheaper than staying in Edinburgh.

Edinburgh is full of little B&B’s it’s only a small city with great public transport so it won’t really matter where you stay for ease of access. Just pop parking in to the search filter and choose one you like the look of. Plenty will be in walking distance too and ones in leith will probably still be able to provide parking. The true city centre ones probably won’t

Yes that could be a possibility. Do you have any recommendations of places / areas
