Everyone ready for the back to school routine?

Im going to try to get super organised this week as its a big change this September for us due to my new job amd the working hours. My plan is meal prep/ cook in advance. Snack prep.

I know its going to be busy. Dh wfh so will do drop off for ds, he will be there when kids get home but not necessarily able to give lots of attention as meetings. Dd goes to secondary on her own. Ds then will do a combination of walking home after school club & get picked up. Between dh & dd he will be crossed over the main road 2 days a week. I should be home by 4:30pm but dh doesn't finish until 6pm so dinner starting will be my job. Then dc have activities 3 evenings a week.
Honestly not looking forward to the juggling...
Anything else people are doing to ease the madness if life?

Routine! DD goes to secondary this year but bus drops her nearby. One of us will still need to be back for her most days.

Food wise, I haven’t stopped feeding everyone throughout the summer, so nothing really changes!

I've set the alarm for 7am today and I'm on my way into school to set up the classroom. Planning on getting up at 7 each day this week to prepare for the 6am term time alarm!

I start with food intentions of being prepared, batch cooking etc but it just never quite gets off the ground!
