Anyone else having issues swapping from the Halifax App to Lloyds?

I’ve had the link to swap but the. I try, nothing happens. Any one else having this issue?

If you down load the Lloyds app it logs you in on your Halifax details.

I had the same issue. But not sure if it’s because I got a new phone and had to get everything over to the new one.

I havent even tried.

It didn’t work for me with the app link but turned out that’s because I had a Lloyds credit card years ago and had an online account set up with them. When I logged in with that account instead of my Halifax details, my Halifax stuff was all there.

Mine was super easy. Followed the link in the Halifax app to download the Lloyds one and then opened that and it linked the two in minutes. I thought it was going to take ages.

Worked fine for me, but I selected Lloyds Premier and can’t work out how to access the benefits so if anyone knows, please tell me.
