The new forest road /motorway damaged in fire /is it open now ? And has the area had rain ?

Hello just wondering if the new forest has had rain and whether the road is open now ? Thanks

If you're talking about the A31, it was due to re -open today and there has been some rain, but not a great deal

It has re-opened today but with a 50 and 40mph speed limit near the area of the fire. We did have some decent rain this week but it's nowhere near enough! Sunny and warm again today and tomorrow.

It's open but theres only been a spattering of rain so far

The fire is out but a number of firefighters are staying on scene and monitoring hot spots. The road opened today but already there’s been a crash. They are still repairing the central barrier.

DH has been up and back along it today.
The fire is out, but fire crew keeping an eye on hot spots.
There has been rain (especially Wed).
The New Forest is 'open' and wanting visitors.
All is good.
