It's about an online order that I made from Germany. DHL dispatched it and shipped it between the two different countries in a matter of a few days and handed it to the postal service in my country.
I got a text and email last weekend to say it's due for delivery next day. Then there was nothing on Monday, no update and nothing on Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday.
It was finally updated late last night to say they have my item and will process it for delivery. I woke this morning to see that there is a new notification to say it's out for delivery.
The post and mail was early the past few days at 11.30 and noon and the day I am waiting for mail and it still hasn't been here.
I can guarantee you anything this day will pass and there won't be anything. It has happened before with some Amazon orders where it's out for delivery and nothing.
How long am I supposed to wait here for this delivery?
As t this stage I quiet simply need a refund for non delivery. This would be delivered by now if it was going to be delivered. It's not being delivered. I know it's still early on in the day.
There's no delivery and this is not going to be delivered. It's not going to be delivered today or tomorrow or even Monday. Like where the fuck is it? I don't usually experince delays like this.
I need a refund from the retailer for non delivery because I found the same thing online in the Netherlands and maybe if I make a new order with ups delivery I might actually get it next week.

I was going to start asking for a refund today but then I got those fake notifications from the post about a delivery for today. There's no fucking delivery. It would be delivered by now if it was going to be delivered.

I chased the postal service this week and they are calling it a delay but it's not a delay at this stage. A delay would be 2 or 3 days maybe even four but there's nothing. No delivery.
