I'm having difficulty finding its precise location as there are so many similar houses but I bet some genius on here will succeed. I gather that the Mapesbury Conservation Area consists of these roads - Anson (Broadway to Chichele Road), Dartmouth, Dawlish, Exeter, Keyes, Hoveden, Lydford & Mapesbury (to the railway), Teignmouth, Walm Lane (including side from the station to Broadway).

Definitely not worth £3.5 million and the attic bedrooms could only ever be used for occasional visitors to my mind.

Still, you'd get well over 2 million if you sold it which is a chunk of money even after fees.

I've never seen a utility room upstairs. How odd.

That’s the new thing. Makes sense, as you don’t need to go upstairs with the laundry!

Looks like on street parking, I would have to sell and buy something else! 😋

I tell a lie, it has got a garage on the plans. I would still sell, though.

Yes, it’s a lovely house, but wouldn’t tempt me from home. The one on the South Bank would have done for a year or two of taking in the culture and buying the food from Borough Market, but the plan would have been to come back after that, and split the proceeds of the sale between my children. They’d be cashing in straight away with this one.
