I'm on a walking holiday in the Yorkshire dales and I got to go to a Booths for the first time after hearing everyone on here rave about it for years. It was so nice. I found a new to me blend if my fsvoute tea, proper big fst oatcakes, clemintine curd and my daughter said the peach she got was really good. And it wasn't expensive. We are moving on on Friday but I am really tempted to go back and fill my trolley again, even thiugh I have to cart all this stuff home with me at the end of next week...

I’m in the north west and love Booths. It’s like Waitrose but better! The Christmas food catalogue is a thing of beauty 🥰

Been to Kendal and Chorley stores this week. No self scan as they lost too many items but I like the interaction and the staff are always nice. The young man on the cheese counter in Kendal asked if I wanted the cling film removing from my precut cheese and rewrapping in paper. Touches like that make me enjoy going.

I love Booths, it’s my local supermarket did you get one of their massive egg custards?

This is the sort of thing I read about and salivate over the Christmas Book . They don't deliver down my neck of the woods .
Clementine Curd you say..... Sainsbury's did one about three years ago it was delicious. My only option is the physically male some !

I'm very jealous . I've never stepped foot in one but I have browsed the Christmas cataloge with whimsy and longing.

@70isaLimitNotaTarget x post 😁

Amazon has quite a few Booth’s foods available in their Fresh section. I’m in the south of England and can get same day delivery on Booth’s items.
Enjoy!

I am obsessed with Booths, my mum lives near one and I go with literally any excuse. I am rooting thru her cupboards and looking for things she is out of 😂
I even wrote to their head office once and begged them to open in my town. They wrote back rejecting me, kindly, and sent me a cloth bag, note book and pen 😂

Let me tell you my Booths story, it is so sweet. When my kids were 6 and 7 we had a touring caravan stored at a farm near Penrith. We went most weekends. One Easter for some ridiculous reason I took both kids solo for Easter. It sleeted. It was so cold and grim and miserable. In the mornings we went to Booths for toast and tea for brekkie. On day 5, a kindly older lady in Booths managerial uniform approached our table. The kids were playing and I was drinking tea and enjoying the warmth! I was worried we were in trouble for staying an hr and a half (they had a small play area 😂) to have 3 slices of toast and 1 cup of tea ( we were broke)! But no, she quietly and discretely said "Hi love, we have seen you here the last few days and wanted to extend our welcome. We have a small staff bathroom with a shower and we have some clean towels if you and the kiddies need, just let me know, I'm at the customer desk" - they thought we were homeless! But they were so so so nice to us! What a wonderful shop. Now I have more £ I spend there when I can, it is just fantastic.

I didn’t think I could love Booths anymore then I already do but that story has managed it! 😍
