Hello can anyone recommend a good nose concealer that I can rely on at least to last a good few hours ? Rimmel stick is a good colour but needs constant topping up.

Do you use powder or setting spray? I doubt it would last well otherwise but maybe there is one

Do you use primer and ‘green stuff’. I don’t know what the green stuff is called. Like green foundation.

Also, Niacinamide.

Why not just a heavy duty foundation? It’ll have more staying power.

First, it’s sort of tacky so not only does it help reduce redness, it grips the other stuff on. I’ve found the more other stuff I use the less foundation I need. I use nicanmide first, then primer, then a tiny amount of ‘green stuff’ on the red parts of my skin then foundation. It sounds a lot and a bit high maintenance but it’s not really. My foundation use has definitely gone down.

That didn’t work for me as it just went into the creases around my nose.

Salycilic acid cleanser for redness. Then high SPF moisturiser, then green stuff, then tiny amount of whatever foundation you like.

Op look on YouTube/instagram for some simple skincare and make up routines. I’m afraid shoving some concealer on by itself won’t be helpful. Dermatica has helped a lot with my nose that started looking really red in my 40s for no apparent reason! Plus a bit of makeup but applied right. I use an elf concealer plus usually a CC cream, powder and L’Oréal setting spray, but I’m no expert.

I like Rosalique for covering up my pinkness ☺️ That and Double Wear.
