Do you wash your hair every time you exercise?

I have curly hair and wash it twice a week, it doesn’t get greasy, but if I wash it more often it gets dry and frizzy.
I want to up my exercise, and have decided to add in some running in the early mornings, but I don’t want to wash my hair more often. Will be be ok, do you think? I guess I need to try it to find out.

Most of the time yes, but it depends how sweaty I get and how greasy my hair looks after. If I've mostly been doing weights or pilates rather than intense cardio, it's generally ok. I would use dry shampoo though.

Curly here and yes. I don't like the feeling of having sweated-in hair on my head all day.

Nope. I wash my hair a couple of times a week and do some sort of exercise 6 days a week

I do if it's aerobic exercise as I get way sweatier on my scalp and face than underarm or anywhere else, so I have to wash my hair each time.

But you could tie it back, wear a headband and if your hair doesn't get lank, it could be fine.

I would just rinse my hair in a warm shower after getting sweaty running. Shampooing every day doesn't sound right for your hair type.

Generally if I get sweaty I wash my hair, having said that I used to do circuit training before work a couple of times a week and would shower but not wash my hair after. I did use a boatload of dry shampoo though!

My hair without exercise, and in cooler weather can go 5 or 6 days between washes, looking at it's best days 2 to 6. However, if my scalp gets sweaty and I don't wash it then it becomes itchy, and I can get an actual spot. I have mildly curly hair that's give through to menopause, so I have to use products that keep it from being like straw.
