First birthday game?

My baby’s first birthday is coming up.

I’m wondering if there are any cute games the adults could play that might create something for the baby as a keepsake? Has anyone got any ideas? It’s basically just tea and cake at the house in the presence of a balloon or two. I’m just looking for a way to mark/remember the occasion.

EDIT: I’m sort of thinking along the lines of those American baby shower games where you guess stuff or whatever?

It's not really a game, but could you do messages in a bottle to open on her 16th or 18th birthday?
Just some pieces of paper and some sort of jar/bottle needed to post them into?

Or if you wanted a piece of artwork for her room from everyone who loves her, either a large canvas with paint handprints, then maybe hers in the centre in a darker colour?
Or for something smaller e.g. A4 size, get everyone to make hearts by doing two fingerprints in a heart shape with fingers dipped in paint?

Could the adults email photos of themselves age one? Could be a guessing game or turned into a keepsake.
Maybe photos of significant people holding baby to create a keepsake photo book.
