3 yo toe injury?

I noticed on Sunday night that 3 yo had a small blister on her toe. She said she rubbed her toe on the couch but it didn’t look like a rub, it looked like a burn or blister. There was a big white bubble around the nail and the base of the toe was all red.

the next morning it was still red and had some peeling skin. Today it continues to look reddish purple and has more peeling skin. I can’t imagine taking her to A&E for this but what could it be? She says it doesn’t hurt and she hasn’t got any other symptoms, rash, fever.

Is it not just a blister from her shoe?!

if your worried go the walk in (if its infected)!. Otherwise let it settle for a couple of days and salt bath it for a couple of minutes a day

Do not go a and e unless its an emergancy!

She’s been wearing crocs so I don’t reckon it’s a shoe blister. I’ll try soaking it and see if that helps, it does look strangely blue and purple though! Is a bit swollen and the skin is peeling, I’ve not seen something like this before.

Is there a hair wrapped around it?

It's not A&E or nothing though is it? You could go to a pharmacy, your GP surgery or a podiatrist. In any case, it sounds like a very minor thing from what you've said.
