Has anyone found Lenzetto works better than oestrogen patches?

A couple of months ago my GP switched me from oestrogen patches to Lenzetto. The difference was pretty much immediate and staggering. So much so that when the first 'bottle' of Lenzetto started running out (and I didn't notice at first) I started feeling tired again. When I started a new bottle, I was OK again.

Has anyone else noticed an improvement when they switched to Lenzetto? Better oestrogen absorption?

Worked well for me but my skin reacted badly to the alcohol in the spray. used it due to shortage of gel.
Had to go back to the gel in the end.
