They don't but they are a product of their environment. That affects them and their chances.

Amanda Holden's oldest daughter is called Alexa, and for the past 10 years the family have had to call her Lexi. (Because of the infuriating Amazon cloud based virtual assistant...)

That would have really annoyed me if I'd been virtually forced to change my child's name in this manner.

I should think it's human nature to do this, whether we like it or not.

It may not be true in all cases, but from professional experience, I can guarantee you there is a very strong correlation!

And yet not one person, yourself included, has explained how.

A name that suggests ‘private school’ ‘privilege’ etc. could also do as much disservice to someone as a working-class name
