Best for teens - Twist, Paradox or Illusions Museum in London?

Anyone been to all three and could recommend which would be best for young teen boys (13 and 15) on a day trip in London?

Hey, they are all good. They are all quite short, eg 90 mins tops. I’m not sure on value for money therefore vs a bus or boat tour.
