As the crow flies I am about 120km from this fire. It’s a good 2-3 hours drive away though.
My eyes are stinging, the smell is awful. Can barely see anything outside. Can’t even see the hills 3km away.
Feels very apocalyptic as there is no noise from surrounding houses in my village. I know it is Sunday in Germany and is normally quiet.
