Is Twickets safe?

There are tickets for a sold out gig I want to see on Twickets.

It’s not a massive venue. I’ve been many times and they don’t ask for ID.

Is Twickets a safe and genuine site?

Hi it’s the official resale site for Ticketmaster and other legit operators I believe. I have used it with no issues before.

Ah Great, thank you. I didn’t realise it was Ticketmaster.

Completely safe

WeirdyBeardyMarrowBabyLady · 16/08/2026 13:25

Yes.

HeinousBeaker · 16/08/2026 13:27

It’s legit but IME almost impossible to use as the tickets are snapped up every time while I am still ticking a box to say I am human 😭😭 The online community says it is bots. But if you have found some that are buyable, lucky you!

TokyoSushi · 16/08/2026 13:29

Yes it’s fine, I’ve bought & sold on there.

I would help her. My daughter and I have started using this. Much easier than shaving. https://amzn.eu/d/0hhDfkvV

I’ve used it successfully for tickets for various gigs as well as eg Mama Mia. Always been very trustworthy, plus people can’t charge more than the face value (though some fees are added I believe, but it was all very clear).

I was confused!

Yes I can see why! 😂😂. Couldn’t work out how to delete it either.

I've both bought and sold on twickets. Never had an issue.

It isn't. But it is a resale site the catch being you can't sell above face value. So if you have a £100 ticket you sell it for that you can't sell for £200 because you think you'll get that money. I've used Twickets a lot (off to a half price gig tomorrow). Popular tickets are popular and will sell quick

I use Twickets. Couple of things to be aware of:

If the Twickets you buy are pdf, then it’s up to the seller to email them directly to you and that can be a bit of a nerve wracking wait especially if you have bought them short notice.

I’ve had the scenario where a purchaser has bought my tickets, not accepted the automatic ticket transfer, paypaled me the money and then called me directly to say she wasn’t sure if she still wanted to go and could she have the money back! Twickets were helpful but there was potentially the scenario where I could have paypalled her back the money and then she accepted the transfer, leaving me out of pocket and no ticket. Twickets told her to accept the transfer and resell them herself.
