Quiet-ish pub recommendations near Soho for date

First date today early evening, can someone please recommend pubs on the quieter side in or near Soho

I imagine most pubs will be busy as it’s central London after all but no rowdiness or live music and somewhere can have a conversation

It’s not Soho but London Bridge 5 minutes from the station The Horseshoe Inn. Tucked right away at the bottom of Melior Street. Not touristy. You can sit outside. Lovely little find.

Blue Posts on Kingly Street, you may be able to get a table outside.

If that fails the Red Lion a few doors down is fine and quiet (Sam smiths), or The Crown on Brewer Street.

All just normal pubs, but you could probably get a table and not rowdy.

I also like the Sun and 13 Cantons but that often attracts a bit more of a party crowd - albeit, I’d be there during the week not a Saturday.
