Has anyone tried bed cooling systems for menopausal hot flushes?

Hit my first hot flush last week and the sleep deprivation is real—I am just too hot! 🥵
I’ve already booked a GP appointment, but in the meantime, I’m turning to the internet to try and throw money at the problem. I really want an Eight Sleep system, but I need to save up for it, and I need relief now.
I stumbled across some bed cooling systems on Amazon with brilliant reviews. Has anyone tried them (or something similar)? Did it actually help with menopause flashes? Would love any honest reviews before I add to cart!

Hi @NavySealWaxy I live in Aus and really suffer during the heat of summer. Throw menopause into the mix and it’s a bloody nightmare. I don’t know about bed-cooling systems but I did find a relatively cheap way to alleviate some of this bullshit. I bought a dog-cooling pad and put it under my bottom sheet. It’s got some kind of gel in it that helps disperse your body heat so you cool down especially if you move around in your sleep. I loved it so much I bought a pillow with the same cooling stuff in it. (A cat cooling pad might work too, but I don’t think it would stay put)
