Today was one of the happiest days of my life, and honestly I'm just a proud mom right now.
My son is 18, he worked as intern to a charitable NGO throughout this summer, and they are hosting charity gala next week and he has been invited and can take one plus.
For context he is so shy one and soft, my other two daughters are completely opposite him.
So today I was doing my work and he was standing there like 5 minutes. Then he asked, he was invited to gala and can I come with as his one plus, he wanted to talk me because I'm good at social events. And he said dress code is I have to wear gowns, not like something normal I wear for other events.
I simply told him yes, and only if he wants be good gentleman and do something small for me, and told him send me invitation so I can look. He went.
I didn't show him how much I was proud and flattered when he asked me. I was so happy inside, my son who was just little, and he recognised I'm good at social events, it's made me happy.
Honestly, I never thought he'd want to take his mom, who's in her mid 40s, to the gala.
I'm going to wear my best and do my best, I will make him bit embarrassed 😂 but yeah I'm
happy.
