mid sixties and keep pretty active, relieved to have a lido nearby to escape to in all this heat!
So far it hasn't started being mega hot yet but I've been really tired and basically falling asleep for hours last few afternoons at home. was on my way to the lido late afternoon today stopped to rest in a park and basically fell fast asleep!

Don't know what's happening to me , fatigue is unusual and got so much to do atm.

Do people suddenly slow down? anyone experienced similar?

The heat is tiring, the body is working harder plus and I’m 60 it’s all having to work a bit harder for us than when we were younger. I have had had the odd nap for sort of up to 30 mins but not randomly falling asleep outside.

How are you sleeping? I know it’s difficult in the heat.
Falling asleep in the day can be a sign of sleep Apnea. Maybe make an appointment with your GP. Falling asleep in public is putting you at risk.
