Anyone else spend a fortune in Paris pharmacies on skincare and beauty?

Do you know when you go to Paris and spend €500 in pharmacy’s…😅 dear god they have great stuff over there!!Anyone else done this? Tell me I’m not alone!

Why buy brands that you can get here? Or do they sell different products in France?

I’ve just been in the South of France and the parapharmacies are better than ever this year with so much choice! I stocked up on stuff but not as much as you, OP!

They are somewhat cheaper for me as I’m in Ireland.

I was really disappointed with the A313 cream I bought.
I think it was recommended by someone on Mumsnet. I thought it would be like the retinol you buy in Spain.
A cream.
However my A313 purchase, when I opened it, is a greasy Vaseline type emollient, only it’s actually thicker than Vaseline. So for me not user friendly. ☹️

I buy erborian from space nk - I don’t think it’s cheaper in France/Europe?

When I have been to the Provence region I've bought lots of lovely skin stuff. Last year I went to S. Korea for the first time and oh my goodness the skin ranges there! All the lovely snail creams etc. Very reasonably priced too.
