Which social media recipes and food hacks have genuinely worked for you?

Inspired by the healthy chocolate cake I just made for my breakfast, which was 26g protein, 7g fibre and 400 cals and actually pretty nice.

I am a sucker for trying recipes I've seen on Instagram. Most of the time they are shite and I try to avoid any that involve buying things I might only ever use once.

Does anyone have any unusual or interesting social media discoveries that have been a success? Also on my list to try are cookies made with chickpeas, apparently the kids will never know 😅

Some that haven't worked well include 'carb free garlic bread' and a roasted red pepper and feta tomato sauce that tasted like sick
