How can I generate a thumbnail from a supported Ownmates video?

I am trying to generate thumbnail from Ownmates website which is supported video. But I couldn't find solution

Could you play the video full screen, pause on the frame you want, screenshot it, use that? I can’t see that ownmates does it automatically, so I’m just guessing.
