Breakfast/brunch around Trafalgar sq/Soho/Covent garden area

Any recommendations for a great place for a nice breakfast. I’m thinking omelettes, eggs Benedict type dishes :) thanks in advance!

Brother Marcus in Covent Garden.
Scarlett Green in Soho, and I think they have a branch in the Portrait Gallery or National Gallery too.
Milk Beach in Soho

The Breakfast Club in Seven Dials is a good bet.

Viola’s is great but you’ll need to book. The honey burrata is to die for!
