Coffee, none. Tea, 3 maybe 4 cups a day.

Tatenk · 07/08/2026 23:29

So much tea- maybe 4-6 cups a day. One cup of coffee once a month.

likelysuspect · 07/08/2026 23:32

Nothing else but tea. Probably about 8 mugs

GardenGlee · 07/08/2026 23:33

One or two coffees, four teas

sweetchill · 07/08/2026 23:34

Also far too much tea, 4-8 cups. Coffee a couple of times a week.

MrsOctaviaCharlotteSmythe · 07/08/2026 23:34

about 10 cups a day no sugar with milk

paddleslappingwater · 07/08/2026 23:49

One cup of tea, 6:00 a.m. each day, white, no sugar.
One cup of coffee around 9:00 a.m. each day.
That's it.
Used to enjoy tea over coffee ,but for a few years now all tea brands taste like stewed grass after the first cup.

I struggle with sleeping so am mindful of my caffeine intake so normally have one mug of coffee in the morning before I sit down at my desk. I tend to stick to water after that although may have a tea at lunch time. At the weekends I have a coffee when I get up and maybe a tea and coffee in the afternoon.

Only time I am not careful of my caffeine intake is if I am going to the really expensive hair salon and then I have all the coffees they offer (sleep be dawned!). Or if there is an espresso martini on offer.

MeThreeTwoOne · 07/08/2026 23:55

Around 5 mugs of tea.
I don't drink coffee.

Snackccident · 07/08/2026 23:57

4 - 6 Coffees a day 😬 A mix of cappuccino, those cold starbucks bottles from supermarkets, and actual take away Coffees. One cup of tea before bed.

ChaToilLeam · 07/08/2026 23:59

3 cups coffee (4 if a crazy day) but always in the morning, never later. And tea only if with tea drinking friends. I've never really been a tea drinker.

None

Sauceandwhizz · 08/08/2026 00:25

None. I dont like either. Never had a mug of tea or coffee. I've tried a couple of sips of coffee over the years but not tea. Even the smell is enough to put me off it.

VivienneDelacroix · 08/08/2026 00:28

Two cups of caffeinated coffee in the morning. And then possibly a decaf in the early evening about 2-3 times per week.

I have about 5 x coffee a day and an occasional tea. Both with milk; no sugar. I drink more coffee Monday to Friday due to people at work making drinks for others.

No coffee after 6pm! 😇

I've tried virtually all decaf options but they just don't hit the mark in the same way.

MrsMoastyToasty · 08/08/2026 00:33

5 Sports Direct cups per day on average. More if I feel inclined. I even drink tea at the pub (I don't drink alcohol).

Tarkan · 08/08/2026 00:44

A few a day but always decaf because of a heart condition.

Bristolandlazy · 08/08/2026 00:45

I don't ever drink either

‘5 Sports Direct cups per day on average’?? Shock Bonkers! You are a true Brit!

I can be content with 3 normal cups or mugs a day and about one coffee a month or less even. Coffee tastes like torture to me, it is only made mildly pleasurable with evaporated or condensed milk (thanks to my GPs).

Yorkshire Tea all the way!

Mumtobabyhavoc · 08/08/2026 01:19

2-3 iced cafe lattes morning to early afternoon. Tea doesn't do it for me anymore, I need the caffeine from coffee since having dc. 🥱😵‍💫
Currently have a very large box of Twinnings Earl Grey which I resort to if I run out of coffee, but also brew it 4x strength for iced tea. Also like Yorkshire and special blends of black tea from a somewhat posh specialty tea shop on occasion when I feel like buying loose tea blended to my specific liking. ie mixing different black teas.

eroberts77 · 08/08/2026 01:22

1 coffee (first thing in the morning). 6 cups of tea

DramaAlpaca · 08/08/2026 01:25

Roughly one cappuccino per day, and four or five mugs of tea. Cappuccino has to have chocolate sprinkled on, tea has to be strong, just a touch of milk and no sugar. I might, rarely, have an espresso if I'm out for dinner.

Beachbodyready · 08/08/2026 02:17

About 3 litres of coffee a day, but that’s why I drink decaf. Mainly americano but probably every other day I make a litre of cold brew.

3 litres?
That's quite a strain for your kidneys, plus an increased risk for kidney stones.
