It's one of my favourite bung in the oven dinners, with some buttery broccoli on the side. Home made tapas sounds lush though, what are you making?

We’ve just let the rats out for run so hoping they’ve seen Ratatouille and quickly knock us up something.

Failing that we’ll get a takeaway. It’s been a loooooooong day.

Sausages, new potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower.

Not even thought about it … think fish and chips!

Kids having pizza (friend over), DH having quiche and salad with new potatoes, I’m hoping to skip dinner if I can.

Ooh what’s going on your tapas table op? We sometimes have tapas but i often think even though it’s delicious that the mess in the kitchen does not justify the meal 😂
We have a fantastic tapas place near us that we visit from time to time and it’s spectacular and no clearing up!

We are having lamb rump, dauphinoise potatoes, green beans in garlic and maybe another veg.

DH has got sausages, new potatoes, peas and gravy - he wanted a comfort tea. I had a late lunch of stir fry and lentil noodles so I've just put an M & S veggie side in the microwave of peas, broad beans, courgette and cabbage with mint butter for me as I didn't want more. It's surprisingly nice.

Home made lasagne

Sort of a chicken fajita spiced stir fry thing with peppers, onions & tomato, on rice/quinoa with yoghurt and avocado. For me and the toddler.

It is just me tonight. DH is at work until 10pm and will eat there, and all the teens are out socialising.

I have leftover slow cooker beef and squash curry from the freezer. I've bought some poppadoms and mango chutney to have with it.

Everyone is out and I have the house to myself so I am having chip butties 😁

We are on holiday at Sherwood Forest, forest holidays and I’m going to order a Chinese to save cooking! Not a clue what it will be like but thought it was worth a try!

The teenager is cooking loaded potato skins, I'll have salad on the side as well.

Salad, new pots and quiche..easy but quite boring

Burgers. Beef burger, salad & chips for DH, halloumi burgers with pineapple & lettuce and chips for DC and me.

I have no energy for cooking at the minute!

Breakfast for dinner. Sausage, rasher, scrambled egg, tomato, mushrooms, potato cakes.

Some black grapes.

Herbal tea.

Homemade tofu leek and mushroom noodle broth with a bit of a kick to it. So quick and easy

Just me for dinner tonight, I’ve made a prawn poke bowl which I’ll have later after I’ve been out with a friend. It contains king prawns, sticky rice, edamame, spring onion, baby cucumbers, mango, pickled ginger, black sesame seeds and a lime, coriander and soy dressing.

Salmon Steaks, New potatoes and Broccoli. Quick, easy and a very firm favourite in our house.
