Sat in the drizzle

I love summer but its started drizzling with a breeze where I am and it feels amazing.

Oh send it over my way (sw London)! My son on the IOW had some too.

Cooler and cloudy in the north east today, so we had our first comfortable dog walk in weeks in my lunch break. Still humid though, as my hair sat like a frizzy halo when I got home 😭.

We're on what feels like day 32 of mid teens temperatures and rain - the novelty will soon wear off, I promise! I even put my heating on for a couple of hours the other day as the house felt damp and cold. Not fun.

It's been so humid here (in Lincolnshire), I've had a cracking migraine today. The rain has just started and I've sat outside on the patio, revelling in the cool breeze 🌧

I am so jealous. I keep looking ahead at the weather and hoping for rain and cooler temperatures. But it is just forecast hot and dry.

I would love to sleep under the duvet and to need a cardigan on to go out. <Weeps>

Oh yes, sat here in the south west enjoying the rain.
It’s freshened everything up and it feels wonderful!
