That's £300 worth of cashmere I'll never see!
Thankfully I paid on a credit card.

Pure Collection can go on my "no fly" list along with Hotter.

It's as if these companies don't understand their demographic - middle class ladies of certain age - far too be old to be dealing with Evri and foreign call centres!

Looks like I might go "old school" and start going INTO clothes shops again rather than order online. Means I can check the quality also.

I generally find South African call centres to be excellent. Evri, not so much!

Evri gets a bad press but where I live service is good with regular couriers.

Thanks both.

I can't believe companies are still using Evri given the recent Panorama documentary.

I just consider the overall customer service (Evri + foreign call centres) does not fit with a supposed luxury product (cashmere).

"Contempt" is the word that springs to mind. "Thanks for your £300, your parcel is coming (or not!) via Evri and good luck getting through on the phone!" Basically a 2 fingers up. When it's too late to cancel the order!
