Would a £24k salary affect rent help and childcare support?

Hi, I'm a single mum to a 3-year-old daughter. Does anyone know if I'd lose my help with rent and the childcare discount if I found a job paying around £24k a year?
I'd really like to apply for a mortgage, but I'm worried about losing my housing support before I'm actually able to get one. Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows how it works?
Thank you so much xx

Depends - what country are you in, what’s your current salary, how many kids do you have. There is no single hard earnings threshold for Housing Benefit in the UK; instead, eligibility depends on your "applicable amount" (set by the government for your living situation).

Note that if you have over £6k in savings your benefits will be reduced. If you have over £16k they will be stopped completely.
