Hello. We've had an offer accepted on a property and want to do a level 3 survey. I've tried getting quotes from nearby companies but responses have been slow (maybe its the time of year). In the meantime, Nationwide (our mortgage provider) will be organising a valuation and there is an opportunity to upgrade that to a level 3 survey instead. - Can you give me the Surveyors details so I can look up reviews online before deciding?
- Will I be able to talk to them in advance of the survey so I can make sure they understand the scope and arrange appropriate access for the visit? (its a commonhold property, so they will need to get access to the commonly maintained parts as well as to the flat itself).
- Will I be able to have a conversation with them after their visit and contact them by email if I have follow-up questions?
