I really need advice on the copper coil!

Hi please can someone advise???
Im 5 days late, I have been on the copper coil for 2 and a half years. I have face acne and I'm so stressed out. I will take a pregnancy test but wondered if anyone else had experienced this. There is only one wire that's to the left and hard to reach.

Sorry I haven't but I thought failure rate for the copper coil was very low. Might be all sorts of things. I would get a test ASAP just to put your mind at rest.

Have your periods been regular since you’ve had it? Ive had the mirena for around 3 years and didn’t have a period at all until about 8 months ago, i then had a light period each month for around 3 months and now i just have light spotting when I'm due on and convince myself every month that im pregnant. I think both coils can randomly change your cycles as far as im aware
