Alien Ant Farm's Smooth Criminal. Prefer it to Michael Jackson.

Madness ‘ It must be love’ - was really surprised when I found this was a cover.

Phil Collins is totally underrated!

Any nirvana or limp bizkit cover. And much as I despise the person, any Marilyn Manson cover.

Band of Horses No one’s Gonna Love You was always a favourite of mine but Cee Lo Green’s cover is so much better.

Family of the Year have a song called Hero. A sister and brother in their teens produced a cover- Nathan and Eva Leech I think- it just feels like home to hear it. I listen to it every now and then to feel something authentic and real.

Harvest Moon - Cassandra Wilson

The Neil Young original isn't bad (it's a fantastic song, after all) but the haunting beauty of CW's version is sublimely romantic and yearning. If you haven't heard it, you might love it forever!
