Does mumsnet delete old posts?
I just logged back in after a long time and i cant see my old posts.
It was just standard baby stuff so nothing against community guidelines.

The same thing has happened to me. My posts weren't against guidelines either but I just assumed it was because I hadn't logged in for a while.

No as far as I know they don't, I have see threads resurrected that are a couple of years old , aka zombie threads.

Unfortunately mn search is next to bloody hopeless.

It might be worth reporting your thread @Biscuitz1 and ask it to be moved to site stuff then mnhq can answer your questions and possibly search for your thread for you.

This particular forum - Chat - used to be temporary and posts were indeed deleted after a short period of time from the original post. So if you posted them in here during that time, they are probably gone. Don’t think they delete posts in other boards apart from the 30 and 90 days only ones.

No, sorry. I just assumed they were permanently deleted.

if you do or take part in chats that are only limited for 30days then id say yes, as for the others not a clue

Have you done an advanced search under your username?

Only the 30 day threads I think.
