Hello clever hive mind can anyone help me get a new wardrobe pole that clothes hang off it's wooden and snapped.
Id rather get a new pole then try and get a whole new wardrobe ,I'd happily replaced like for like but I've can't see to find any.
I've done Google search /argos etc.

Buy a wooden curtain rail pole and cut to size if you can’t find one on line

Curtain pole or broomhandle?

Meceme · 30/07/2026 16:51

What is the length and diameter of the pole? How is it fixed to the wardrobe?
If you know these, you sholud be able to get a piece of appropriately sized wooden doweling at a DIY/builders merchants.
A spare wooden broom handle might fit though if its a single wardrobe.

You can buy adjustable tension poles, no drill, on eBay etc

BertieBotts · 30/07/2026 18:59

Take the pole to B&Q or similar and cut a new one to size.
