Bikini wax disaster

Had a bikini and full leg wax today. Normally shave but wax when going on holiday. My legs are okay apart from a small bruise but my bikini line is SO painful. Im talking bruising and red raw skin. Im supposed to be in a swimming costume on Friday! What do I do???

Ring the place and ask for advice? I've never gone so maybe others can give better advice, but I'd expect to be warned if things like that were the norm, and advised on what to do if it's not.

I would ring and complain. That definitely isn't supposed to happen.
In the meantime wrap a bag full of ice in a tea towel and apply to the area as often as possible then use sudocrem liberally.

I had it done for my wedding and was so bruised! It turned black at the edges. My ex and I had taken "a break" to make the night special and I was like... tada! He didn't mind but it wasn't quite what either of us envisioned 😆
