Finding out info from your mobile number

Just that really is it possible someone could find out your address from just having your mobile number?

There is not a search engine no, but the answer to your question is quite complex. Lots of companies will have your phone number and address. Even your Tesco clubcard (other loyalty cards available) will give data from your number alone. So while I can’t find out your address form your number, another poster might be able to depending on what access they have to information.

If you've ever posted the number on the web together with personal information that could be traced back to you then yes.

I was just worried as I gave my number to someone online and we spoke on the phone, I didn’t like him and don’t want to meet him but I’m worried if I don’t he has my number, I could block him but then I’m worried he could find out where I live.

It's extremely unlikely a person you block would find your address.

If they are threatening to you you should tell the police though.
