Turunc Premium Hotel, Turunc, Turkey.
It's my favourite solo holiday spot.

If budget is no problem, the Body St Lucia would be amazing

If budget is really no problem, have a look at one of the Ikos resorts. I’ve not been as can’t afford it. But I dream of the day I can do a stay in one of their rooms with its own pool. One day!

Italian Lakes is a beautiful spot and loads of spa hotels. Malcesine is my favourite Lake Garda town.

I was going to say the Italian Lakes. There are some lovely spa hotels in the area, I've never stayed in one but a friend did and it looked wonderful.
