Does anyone know how to get hold of a real person at Duolingo? My husband was learning Spanish before he died suddenly just over two and a half years ago. Obviously his paid subscription was cancelled when his bank account was frozen. Every few weeks I get a notification from Duolingo that he’s come back to learning Spanish (unlikely) or asking me if I’ve seen him lately and exhorting me to encourage him to keep learning. It’s really distressing and I can’t seem to make the notifications stop - I’ve reported it multiple times to Duolingo but nothing ever happens. Does anyone know how to talk to a real person in their customer service who can help?
