Recommendations for a smartwatch with good women’s health tracking

Please can I ask for recommendations for a smartwatch that is good in particular for women's health?

I have PCOS/PMOS, am about to turn 40 and am looking for something that can support cycle tracking as well as all the other general stuff a smartwatch can do.

DH has said he will buy it as a birthday present so not too worried about budget, but ideally I might find a few different options that I can look at with different price points for him.

My preference is slim style watches but I think I might need to compromise on that for the women's health angle. So not too fussed if I need to go for something chunkier than usual.

No Apple Watch recommendations please, as I'm an Android user so not interested in Apple products.

Watching for similar advise. I was thinking Oura ring rather than a watch?

Don't get a Samsung. I bought one and while the apps are great the battery life is awful. I don't even bother with it anymore.

I've had a few over the years but I've currently got a Xiaomi Smart Band 10 it cost £40, has good functionality, works a treat, is easy to set up and has a great battery life.
I'm impressed at the price.

Have a look at the garmins, I find these pretty reliable.

Its hard to find quite what im looking for. I might see if theres a Dept store somewhere where I can look at the Oura rings. I only wear my engagement + wedding ring and even before I got engaged, I never wore fashion rings. I dont know if a ring would just annoy me in time.

I know but I’ve got a really nice watch so don’t really want a smartwatch. I think I could wear the Oura on my right hand.
