Is this private message really from MN and how do I report it if it isn’t?

It’s not really from MN ‘Trust and safety’ team, is it?

Does anyone know how I can report it? It only gives the option to block them.

Yes, if nothing else, the random letters in the link's domain name give it away, if it was real the link would be to somewhere on mumsnet.com

Hi OP, I've reported your thread to make MNHQ aware of it.

Obviously it's not from MN, why would MN message you to tell you they'd limited your AO3 account?! The two sites are nothing to do with each other.
