Ibiza Airport

Anyone travelled into and out of Ibiza airport recently? Would be grateful for any info about queues for the new EES. Once we get there we use public transport and need to get organised.
I know a lot will depend on traffic on the day but if anyone has had huge delays getting through the airport, either way, it would be useful. TIA

Arrived last Monday and it was busy but manageable. Flying out on Thursday morning so will update the thread after this with our departure experience!

Flew back last week. It was a breeze. Seemed like each gate had its own set of passport scanner gates, so there was only the one plane load to get through and no queues built up.

That’s good to know as we’ve an earlish flight to catch after what will be a very late night!

Thanks for this. We get back to the airport by service bus. It runs every hour but its useful to know if queues are usual. When we went last year we got through all the checks and into the departure lounge in about half an hour.
