Implantation bleeding?

My husband and I have been ttc for almost a year. I have 3DCs and he doesn’t have any. He has an appointment Tuesday to give a sperm sample to be tested.
however, my periods are like clockwork, every 3 weeks and 3 days with out fail. I’m due on my period in 4 days and this morning about 4am I nipped to the loo and there was pink blood when I wiped, I presumed that oddly my period was early and I suffer very heavy periods. However no bleeding at all since this morning. Could this be implantation bleeding?

as to not drip feed i didn’t bleed with my first two but my 3rd I did.

I noticed implantation in 2 or 3 pregnancies. Both times, it was the tiniest, yellowy/brown speck on toilet paper. About 2mm, so absolutely tiny. Nothing when wiping again, nothing on underwear and nothing when I went to the loo again.

I had implantation bleeding about 3 days before my period and got v faont line on the day my period was due
