A bad dream or seizure?

Just looking for some advice on whether to call the doctors for my 7yo. Night before last I went in to check on her while she was sleeping. She was sort of thrashing/jerking about which I haven't seen her do before. Her body wasn't stiff but I can't remember exactly what kind of movements now. I woke her up and she turned over and went back to sleep. I panicked and started googling, went back in and woke her up and spoke to her and she seemed all fine and went back to sleep. This was about 1am, and in the morning she seemed fine, no extra tiredness or soreness or anything that I can see would be associated with a seizure. From this does it seem like she was just thrashing around from a bad dream? It freaked me out when I saw it but I don't know if I'm overreacting as I have health anxiety! My husband moves/talks in his sleep quite a bit so she could just be taking after him!

Sounds like a dream. Dd used to do this quite a bit. Dh says I do it too.

From my understanding, a seizure wouldn't stop if you woke her up and she stopped thrashing about so it was probably a bad dream.

I don't think seizures can be interrupted as such - she wouldn't have responded/woken if it was one.

Thanks both, that's what I had thought, I was trying to Google it but it just kept telling me you can wake someone up after a seizure, not if they could be woken up/stopped in the middle of one!
