Have done both jobs I think it’s ridiculous to think the 2 are comparable

Jobs can be different but still worthy of equal pay.

Assume you mean is it real and is there a chance of a payout for ex store staff? Yes it is. You can join the action and see if you get lucky.
If you’re asking whether people here agree that distribution centre work should pay the same as store work there will be a variety of opinions.

I’ve done both but for Sainsbury’s. The 2 are totally different and shouldn’t be equal pay

If its warehouse vs store staff with male warehouse staff paid more than in store female staff, the jobs were proved to be comparable in court, at Asda at least.

Don't know about Tesco but if this is what's happened then absolutely women should be compensated for suffering sex discrimination. However, if this is a third party claims company advert, it is likely they will be charging for doing something you could do yourself for free, so look into that first.

Asda lost quite considerably recently on several claims. The determination isn’t whether the roles are similar, it’s whether they are of equal value. Case law counts in English law.

I would independently Google to find the law firm handling the group action, and talk to them; don’t follow a Facebook link they are notorious for scams. Remember the cold calls we all used to get nonstop about PPI mis selling compo? I wouldn’t put it past the same scammers to be using FB ads now.
