Withdrawal symptoms from contraceptive pill

I came off the progesterone only pill 3 weeks ago roughly. Ive had all sorts of symptoms, very similar to pregnancy symptoms. Not pregnant as of yet as pregnancy test are negative. It makes me worry if I'm this sick now how sick am I going to be if/when I do fall pregnant.
I got sicker and sicker with each pregnancy and got told it will only get worse each pregnancy i have. This will be the last. I plan on getting sterilised after having my next one.
Did anyone else get withdrawal from the contraceptive pill? I didn't the first time I came off. This time is awful so many symptoms

I don't think withdrawal from progesterone is a thing? Could it be another illness that happened coincidentally at the same time?

Was never aware of any withdrawal, was advised to stop taking it due to age and lifestyle. Separate issue why do you have to do the contraception. There's always the snip or good ol' fashioned Johnny 😅

I recently came of the contraceptive implant (progesterone only) about three weeks ago as husband had a vasectomy. I had the most awful side effect from withdrawal, intense anxiety and panic, bad headaches, body aches, raised heart rate, very tender breasts, vomiting and abdominal cramping when on a run, noticeable fitness drop (I’m a runner so noticed it significantly), major brain fog and fatigue. It was awful but I’ve come out the other side now. I promise it gets better!

I was progesterone only as well. Been off the pill 4 weeks now, still get sore boobs and vomiting, travel sickness has worsened too. Still no bleed either. Ive had positive ovulation tests though. So guessing it the next few days I could come on
