Help! Areas in Leicestershire commutable to London (rugby/nuneaton station)

We need some help with areas around Leicestershire which are relatively easy to commute to London from. We are planning a big move with the kids so schooling is important too.
our criteria is that the village/town is no more than a 20 minute drive to the station, but also that it is a 20-30 minute drive to Markfield and Braunstone Town/Fosse park way respectively as that’s where family live. We want a village/ town feel with good amenities , ideally cafes, a couple of shops, play parks etc
one primary age child and another due to start school next year.
we really liked Kibworth (commute from market harborough station) but have just realised that day tickets to travel are upwards of £140!!! Which is too expensive for us sadly.
can anyone help with some areas? Housing wise we have up to £825k and want a large family home with a good sized garden. We have already ruled out the following; Bitteswell, Gilmorton, Great Glen, Cotesbach (too isolated or not enough amenities) but have Lutterworth and Market Bosworth in the running but housing stock in MB is low and Lutterworth, whilst nice, isn’t ticking a huge amount of boxes for us. Anyone got any other places we should consider? Thanks so much :)

Any reason you've ruled out niace suburbs on the south of the city?

I don’t know the area but I did commute to London from Warwick for several years.

Commuters who no longer need a season ticket for everyday travel are good at knowing when advance tickets go on sale and booking advance singles/returns. It’s an admin pain and obviously relies on you being able to predict your office days and travel times, but it’s a trick.

i grew up in Crick, just off j18 of the M1. It’s a lovely village. Close to Rugby and 20-30 minutes up the motorway to your other locations. It’s got three pubs, a Co-op a post office/village shop, a primary school and nursery. The catchment secondary school is Guilsborough, when I went there there was a school bus that came through the village to pick up/drop off. A decent sized new housing estate has recently been built on the outskirts of the village.
