Would you eat… mini chorizo sausages

These are raw, uncooked mini tapas-style chorizo sausages that have been open since Monday night. They are not cured or ready to eat - I will, of course, cook them thoroughly before eating.

Can you offer them to an animal or MIL first? Then sit and wait? 👀

Yes I would heat through properly then eat no problem as long as they smell fine tbh

TonTonMacoute · 26/07/2026 11:44

If you're going to cook with them then yes

VividDeer · 26/07/2026 11:47

Yes

Do they smell OK and were they kept in the fridge? If yes I’d eat them unless I had something important in the next 48 hours (exam, interview, wedding…) and I wouldn’t feed to small children.
