Do you write this stuff down?

I am lucky to have some lovely friends, different friendship groups, individual friends and also family that we like and see a lot of.

I dont know whether its my age (peri?) or just the usual busy life excuse but I'm finding it different to remember the small details about friends' lives... where they are off on holiday, the date their new jobs starts, what ailment their parent is in hospital with etc.

Nothing major but I do like to remember to wish their kids luck in exams, ask after their relatives, ask how their holiday in France was...

Do you write this stuff down or does everyone remember the details? 🤔

I do tend to have to write little notes in my diary (in pencil for other people’s events) as unless I see that person every day and the conversation comes up often, I really can’t remember them.

Ok glad its not just me! I think you're right as I remember more about colleagues holidays than my best friends! Because I see them more often/ their time off affects me 😂

I have a terrible memory in general, so I write everything down! I have notes on my phone and laptop, because I am less likely to lose them than bits of paper.

I also wish you could schedule send whatsapp messages!
