I leaked really badly overnight during my last period even using maternity pads. Was browsing different options online when I came across shaped incontinence pads for men. I ordered some from Amazon and worn backwards in my pants they cover right over my bum which is where I usually leak. I've tried it for a few nights now and it's honestly been so helpful I thought I had to share!

Damn. You're a few years too late for me, with that advice, but it's interesting.

I'm deffo heading towards menopause so I absolutely wish I'd figured it out earlier too!

I'm finally through the menopause now but the only thing that stopped me leaking during my floods were Tena adult nappies.
